The officers and members of RCGA promise to provide a timely, discreet, and appropriate
response to all inquiries. You may contact us using any of the following

If you write, for a more timely response, please include either an e-mail
address or a voice telephone number at which you may be reached. Please
include the best time or times to phone, and who we should ask for. See

You may expect a response within a few days, and within one week
as a worst case. Your e-mail address will be held in strict confidence
and never given to others. You will receive no unsolicited e-mail by
writing to RCGA.

This will be answered by a volunteer in person if possible, but if
you should get voice mail, please leave your name, your phone number,
the best time or times to phone, and who we should ask for. Your
phone number will be held in the strictest confidence! Calls will
be returned within one week at the very latest. To ensure discretion,
we will not leave a message on your voice mail or answering machine
unless you explicitly ask us to do so. Also, we will never discuss
the nature of our call with anyone else who answers.
